Note: The price of these tours includes organization fees, tours and any special arrangements such as restaurant reservations, car hire, and the purchasing of museum passes and metro passes.

Transportation is either by train, minivan or chauffeured vehicle. We will provide a price quote depending on your needs and itinerary.

All tours are payable in advance. We accept wire transfers in U.S. dollars, and payment by all major credit card using our secure server and your card will be charged the daily exchange rate in euros.

Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel your trip two months prior to your scheduled tour, European Jewish Tours provides a 50% refund.

One month or less notice before your scheduled tour, there is no refund.

We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance prior to the planning of your trip.

All programs require a 50% minimum deposit and must be paid in full prior to the party's arrival.

All programs booked 6 months to 1 year in advance require minimum 50% minimum deposit and must be paid in full prior to the parties arrival.

All programs booked in this calendar year (2010) must be paid in full prior to the party’s arrival.

Deluxe Concierge Service

European Jewish Tours Deluxe Concierge Service is able to book kosher restaurants, pre-pay Shabbat meals and arrange transporation. European Jewish Tours can also arrange for helicopter and private plane rides, the rental of exclusive sports cars, private chefs and much more.

For those with dietary restrictions, we are happy to accommodate you. We can make special arrangements for kosher, vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free diets, as needed.

European Jewish Tours can also help you avoid long lines by arranging pre-paid tickets and passes to local museums and attractions that you will be visiting during your trip.

Please note there are concierge and planning fees associated with making these arrangements:

• 100€ Restaurant and transportation booking in one city. Plus 100€ per additional city.

• 750-1000€ For complex itineraries involving several destinations.

• 100-500€ On-site concierge fee for last minute itinerary changes and additions after you have already arrived or within one week of your arrival.
